Joel Rubin’s funeral service will be held Wednesday, 1:30 PM at Mesnekoff Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Park - 3210 Niagara Falls Blvd., W. Amherst, NY 14228.

No formal shiva.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Congregation Shir Shalom.
