Jack Katz's funeral service will be held Monday, January 4th at 1:00pm at Mesnekoff Funeral Home.

Interment will be at Elmlawn Cemetery, Kenmore, NY.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
