Funeral is Monday 10 AM at Congregation Shir Shalom, 4660 Sheridan Dr., Williamsville, NY 14221.

Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo, NY.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Foundation of WNY or The Alzheimer’s Association.

Shiva will be held Monday through Wednesday 5-8 PM with prayer services Monday & Tuesday evening at 5:30 PM at Leah & David’s residence, 1635 New Road, W. Amherst, NY 14228.
